We are moving to the Unified Interface and I noticed that the existing system dashboards are much, much slower to load in the new Unified Interface App than in the legacy web client. It can take anywhere from 15-20 seconds, which is not acceptable for us.
Since performance is supposed to be improved in the new UI, any suggestions of where to look for the issue?
This particular system dashboard has 6 views + 1 HTML web resource.
Appreciate the help.
This is not the thing that can be tuned easily. My recommendation - get in touch with Microsoft and open a ticket.
Can you try to remove HTML web resource and check if performance has improved.
This way you will come to know what is causing the issue.
Also please rely on that Microsoft support could help to isolate the issue, as mentioned by Andrew if you need further help please raise a case.
