Right now we receive new Leads via a website form and we have a Power Automate flow for our new Leads checking if sales-agent is working today (via external calendar call) and if right now are agent working hours and also checking other conditions before assigning Lead to a specific agent.
The request was made about making this assignment process much more complicated and we are deciding what is the best way to implement it.
Using Power Automate flows for all the requests and conditions is not an option, to many requests and variables and it will be to complicated to implement/change/maintain.
We have 2 options at the moment:

conditions are checked at the backend, in Dynamics we make a request to backend and depending on the answer we assign the owner
