I have System Admin Role in Dynamics System. I am able to do everything for all Entities expect for one Opportunity Related entity. When I click on New Record and I input the data and click on save below error is showing.

Thank you for your valuable response.
We are facing issue for System Administrator role as well. As we know that System Administrator Role has all access by default.
I am not understanding the point number 3. Can you please explain?
