I noticed something strange with the sync between Dynamics 365 Phone call Activity and outlook.
Initially, the sync between phone call and outlook task worked properly. Likewise the outlook reminder worked well and I could receive the reminder on my Android phone.
But of recent, I am not sure if the Sync has gone wrong or not. Dynamics Phone calls still sync to Outlook task but the reminder on outlook shows a very different date.
What I noticed:
If Dynamics 365 phone call due date is set to 4th April 2021 at 10:00 am
On Outlook task, I can see the date but not the time.
Reminder pops up at an approximately some minutes (15-30) to 10:00 AM but it shows the End WorkHour of Outlook. (in the image below 5:00 PM)
And I do not receive the reminder on my phone anymore.
I really do not know what else to do.
Any help is much appreciated
Can you open the synced phone call in Outlook and see if its date and time is correct?
We have to confirm whether the problem is in the synchronization phase or the reminder in Outlook.

I am not sure where I can find the synced phone calls.
But since the dynamics phonecalls are synced to outlook as tasks, I took a screenshot of the outlook task
