Few weeks ago we started using relevance search with quick actions. When I search for a contact and click on the phone number (click to call) from the relevance search screen, dynamics tries to open Skype :-(.
When I'm on the entity form of the same contact and click on the phone number, microsoft teams opens :-).
How do I get the relevance search to open teams as well?
Can anyone help me?
Have you checked in System setting if the following is set to Lync/Skype for Business
Set the telephony provider
Select provider for Click to call
Skype Skype for Business / Lync
Hi Brandon, Thanks for your reply. Yes the telephony provider in system settings is set to lync/skype for business. Click to call works in normal CRM forms, but not from relevance search.
Was hoping it would be an easy fix :). From what I found this is currently by design - experience.dynamics.com/.../.

Maybe I can show a custom call button to open teams by using the ribbon workbench: develop1.net/.../configuring-wave-1-2021-relevance-search-quick-actions
