After I am uploading a excel file into my dynamics in Sandbox status of the progress is not changing from submitted to completed even after a two days, the status is still submitted.
If someone know about the issue please help me.
I'd like to know the size of your excel file.
Have you tried to re-upload it or if the upload can be done to a non-sandbox environment?

size of the file is small it contains only two row data having 3 col. Btw it is working fine for production but not working for Sandbox.

Normally when a process stuck and never finish to be executed it is because there is a problem related to the Asynchronous Processes/Workflows.
The common reasons are:
Frequently, this issue is solved when you restart those services.
If doing so the issue is not fixed or if you do not know how to do it, I would recommend you open a ticket with Microsoft Support.
