Hi,I want to check if a phone call is not made in the activity timeline in leads form. How do I achieve this using workflow? I could get the same if the call has been made on the creation of phone call but not sure how to do the vice versa for a specific scenario. Any help/suggestion would be appreciated.Thanks.
You cannot do this with a workflow.
Workflows cannot look for related records.

Also you need to figure when you will trigger it.
Actually I want to check for within the last 30 days of status change, if there is not call made then I want to again change the status reason back to something else.
For that, I created a field to set the date and time for the last time the status was changed and I was actually looking forward to use that field to further proceed ahead.
But then, if the workflow cannot be used, how do I take this whole problem statement ahead. Since there is this other condition of 30 days, I am kind of lost.
Power automate would be helpful to get the list of records but then the custom scenario is also there and also I am kinda new to Power Automate flows.
Rollup Field option kinda looks fine but then if it is not real-time.
