We are Microsoft partner with Silver competency status. As part of partner benefits, we are entitled to 15 licenses of "Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Customer Engagement". But we are not sure for which modules in Dynamics these licenses are for. Dynamics has so many modules, so which modules are covered under the Customer Engagement plan? Kindly advise on this.
Customer Engagement used to be a bundle that included CRM apps:
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Project Service Automation
Since this bundle was Enterprise level, you can also add other functionalities like Customer Insights (AI and metrics).
This does not grant any functionality on ERP (Finance, Supply Chain), HR (Talent) or Business Central (Small business ERP)
Thanks for the response Daniel.
So to confirm, I have licenses for the following modules in Dynamics 365: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation. Correct?
I have 15 licenses for the Customer Engagement Plan, so does it mean I have 15 licenses for each of these modules? Kindly advice.
Because Customer Engagement licenses are a Bundle/Pack, you can't split them. This means that each user that gets one Customer Engagement license is entitled to use all those applications (Sales, Services, Field Service, Project Service Automation).
