As I am using shared mail box to get emails all email are entering or coming to shared mail box as I can see in inbox but not entering into the queue or queue item also the status of the mailbox for the queue is success.
Die you set the option to create email activities for all emails in the queue?
yes for that i have selected all emails.
And the mailbox has server side synch configured and has been approved and enabled?

When an email comes into a queue and some process touches the queue item, the queue item will go into an inactive/deactivated status. Can you run an advanced find on queue items that are inactive/deactivated to see if the queue items are showing up here?
