We have custome entity and flag base on startdate and enddate. We have to update same flag on contact once flag change in custom entity. that flag is calculated field so we can`t register plugin or workflow on chgange of that
So the calculated field calculates the duration between the startdate and enddate?
If yes, you could try to trigger your workflow when startdate or enddate is updated.

You need to figure out any trigger to update your flags, as that calculate field will be updated everyday regardless any change.
Eventually you can create a workflow logic with Wait condition + timeout parameter, waiting for 24 hours (standard for calculated field).
