I would like to know what is the best way to display external data after some criterias/filters are applied (D365 CRM Online).
Then, user selects some rows of the external data and I have to create these rows as CRM Customers. Probably I'll use checkboxes in order for the user to be able to select which rows to be created in CRM.Is there a standard way to achieve all this? I guess not. Which is the way that requires the less customization?
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
You could try to use Virtual Entity. It is a custom entity to display external data. Please refer to https://medium.com/capgemini-microsoft-team/dynamics-365-portals-show-data-from-external-systems-56002513e6dd
You could create a Html web resource to display your external data and insert it into your standard form.
