Hello dear community,
I am just throwing out the towel on investigating by myself and reaching out to you.
We have Dynamics 365 Sales premium for a few month and the Relationship Health Activity isn't working.
Strangely enough, i am not sure if it related but i believe so, the email follow up is not working anyomre.
What does it mean? It mean that the in the Sales insights settings > Relationship Insights > analytics and Health , nothing load.
I have the Loading ring turning for ages and never loading.
It further means that in Dynamics, it always say "We are unable to get analytics data. Please try again later." under the Relationship Analytics widget.
I am very confused and can't understand why.
By the way, i could access and successfully activate the settings before.
Your help is very much appreciated!

Yes, I checked, both are good, plenty of storage left and licenses up and running.
