A client that hasd Dynamics 365 Sales Professional wants to integrate telephony into the CRM that allows for the log of the call to the associated contact within Dynamics. From my research it looks like only Enterprise licenses with the telephony preview allows us to do this. The challenge is the client does not believe this to be the case and has contacted multiple 3rd party telephony providers to offer a quote on integrating this. Is there some evidence around this fact?
