I would like to add a filed in each of our Key accounts where the KAM can tick off for completed validation of the data. I would like the KAM name and date of validation to be included.
Does anyone have similar features on their Dynamics sales and can share information on how to set this up? Last changed is not sufficient.
I want Key accounts to be validated each quarter. The filed will confirm it is done, but also give the possibility based on the date to look at which account are behind.

I don't quite understand your business, can you confirm my understanding?
You want to create a field on Key accounts which KAM(I don't understand what's KAM meaning, like User?) can tick this field. After KAM ticked this field and saved current record, another two fields(KAM's name and date of validation) should be automatically populated. Then these three fields would be read-only, KAM can tick it again until next quarter(90 days after the previous date of validation) ?
You can create custom field with two option Yes/No for KAM to tick the account record.
Now create Real Time workflow to auto populate Name and Date of the KAM.
