I have a simple setting for production orders - when Starting, I want to use the setting "Always" of the parameter Automatic BOM consumption for picking lists. But for some reason it is inactive (greyed out) for some production orders and is automatically set to Never. It is not always happening, but only for some production orders. I have got some pattern and is seems like it depends on the product, but can't find out the real reason.
Please, any advice will be appreciated
Apparently you use the process manufacturing add-on. What is set as the Formula planning attributes of the released products?
I have found the culprit. For some formulas we use items, which are set up to use Active ingredient type. For these formulas the system is obviously expecting to use only the Batch balancing screen.
