I have a customer with a talent environment, we have had some issues with the data migration and some workers have incorrect employments in the system, we are able to successfully end them, but not delete them. is there some way to delete these error employments?
Are you talking about employees are having wrong worker position assignment? If so, please refer to the following:
Open the employee record, click worker position assignment.
Then click As of date, turn on Display all records and apply. Click the position you want to delete.
Then click Changes timeline and select Manage changes.
Go to Position worker assignments tab, remove this record.
After that if you go back to that employee, the worker position assignment record will be gone.
Hope this helps.
If you are talking about employment records, then you cannot delete them but only can end them. Try using Excel add-in and see if u can delete employment but I doubt we can.
Deleting employments is not possible.
Only solution is to delete the complete worker record, and 'start over'.
But be careful! Make sure to remove the person also from the Global Address Book before re-loading the data.
