Open Help > About Microsoft Dynamics AX and compare the version with the list of AX build numbers.

It's even documented on Technet.

Hi Arpit

Open the Development Workspace (CTRL+SHIFT+W), from Help menu click on About Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Here, check the Application and Kernel version.

Finally, go through the link below to verify the installed CU.

Hi All,

Thank you Martin and Denis for your quick reply.

In CU1 there are 6 hotfix for indian localization. Out of which we have applied only 4.

The kernel version now showing is still the old one.

Can anybody please explain me that ?

Thanks & Regards

Are you saying that you've installed just some individual hotfixes, not the Cumulative Update ( = CU)?

Hi Arpit

I think that the 4 hotfixes were not Kernel, so this is the reason because the Kernel version is less than the application version.

I suggest you to apply the last Kernel hotfix, 6.2.1000.7808 13 May 2014
