Hello all,  we have designed a nice license plate label, but have decided that we would like the batch expiration date printed on the label.  While this string....

^FT30,325^AAN,15,15^FH\^FD$inventBatchId$^FS

...works well for printing the batch number, this string.....

^FT30,850^AAN,20,20^FH\^FD$ExpDate$^FS

… only prints $ExpDate$.   Has anyone had any luck adding the expiration date to a label via simple ZPL string?

Thanks,

Alex

The $InventBatchId$ type command can be used to print values from fields on the License plate labels table. InventBatchId is a field on this table. ExpDate is not a field on this table. In fact, it is not possible to print the Batch expiry date on a label in standard; you would have to make a code modification to support this.
