I have created a sales order under the Customer Self-Service portal using a test account (this was done in our testing environment) , I can see the order using in the enterprise portal and in AX when I use the test account. The order is not displaying when I log in with my account.
How do I go about viewing these orders so that I can release it to the warehouse?
Is this the first time you use the enterprise portal for recording sales orders or has this been done already in the past?
If it has been done in the past, have things worked fine or were there also some issues?
It is the first time we are using the enterprise portal.
