Has anyone had an issue with Update Conflicts on the sysClientSessions table in Ax 2009? We're getting these intermittantly and have been unable to find the cause. Our App settings for OCC is on at the table level. Restarting the AOS fixes the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
Seeing what appears to be the same issue in AX2012. Any solution to this?
Cannot edit a record in Current client sessions (SysClientSessions).
An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.
Yes, we found it was happening because we were updating records in another Ax table through a Stored Procedure. The SP was being called from Ax . In the SP we had the command "Set NoCount On" as the first step which Ax requires. However, we had forgotten to issue a "Set NoCount Off" as the last step in the procedure. If NoCount remains on for that session, it eventually leads to the sysclientSession error.
I hope that helps!
