Add/Remove the Set Regarding Lookup Record type in Dynamics 365 Outlook App

Introduction:

When using Dynamics 365 for Outlook APP, I am wondering how to Add/Remove the "Set Regarding" Lookup Record type. 

For example, I only need to look for Case and Lead in the Outlook APP. 

However, there are a lot of Out-of-Box non-activity entities added to this APP.

Remove unnecessary tables from the APP

Follow these steps to set which tables appear in App for Outlook

1, Sign in to Power Apps.

2, From the list of apps select Dynamics 365 App for Outlook and then select Edit.

3, In the Left navigation pane, remove the entities from App

4, Add Tables

We can add tables to this APP as well.

You can also add tables from Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. A table must have activities enabled for it to appear in the Set Regarding lookup.&type=warning

5, select Save and Publish

When you're done, select Save and then Publish.
