Liquid Telecom acquires QBS Group's Middle East and Africa CSP business

African communications firm Liquid Telecom has acquired the Middle East & African indirect CSP business of Quattro Business Solutions, also known as QBS Group. QBS is an indirect Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) for Microsoft Dynamics, with 800 partners in 25 countries.

The deal gives Liquid Telecom a new line of business focused on enterprise software, expanding their existing Microsoft offerings in areas including Office 365 and Azure. QBS Group's partners in the region are primarily in South Africa and UAE.

Though QBS has transferred its indirect CSP business in the region, they told MSDW that the company will continue to operate there, offering services primarily through their  1ClickFactory division.
