Cumulative Update 38 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central April'19 on-premises (Application Build 14.39.49063, Platform Build 14.0.49057)

This update does not require database conversion from previous version. There is no known vulnerabilities this CU addresses. There is only one logged change to Platform, and very few modifications to the objects, so this blog is very very short.

Application changelog is only 17KB, and contains only seven changed objects. There is no new objects in this release.
