Microsoft Dynamics 365 Advanced Finds 101: How to Export Your Results to Excel
If you’ve been following the Ledgeview Partners blog the past few weeks, you know we’ve been focusing on Advanced Finds in Microsoft Dynamics 365 on Mondays.
Today, we’re wrapping up this series by explaining how to export your results to Excel.
So far, you’ve learned:
If you wanted to export your Advanced Find results to Excel to analyze or aggregate some of your data in a different way, click on “Data” in your top menu bar.

Select “Static Worksheet.”
This option will allow you to export to Excel with all of the records that were returned in the view, even if they don’t all fit on one page.
If you expand your Advanced Find, you may find that yours looks like this (below):

Your environment may say “Export Accounts” here instead of having to click on data first, and then you could click “Static Worksheet.”
And that’s it – it’s that simple!
Once you click through these options, your data will be exported to Excel.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this Advanced Finds blog post series.
