OR you can deal with this through 3 Power Automate flows (2 if you pay for the Marketing app): 1) that creates the record in D365 Sales/Customer Service when the web visitor requests the content and sends a confirmation to the registered email 2) if the email address is confirmed, sends the requested content 3) that deletes the created record if the confirmation isn't executed in X period of time Number 1 and 2 can be done by the marketing app if that subscription is opted for.
