The User Experience is one of the main attributes of a business software. The BC user experience could imho be better. Menus contain many entries, forms contain many fields. The user experience in BC can be changed by "Personalize". Developing a role center with only a few menu entries and reduced pages could be a good chance for Newbies to start easy.
