#GPPT Welcome to the GP Power Tools Public Beta

Today, I am announcing a free public beta of GP Power Tools for Microsoft Dynamics GP versions 11.0 (GP 2010), 12.0 (GP 2013) and 14.0 (GP 2015).
As you know, I have been working extremely hard on getting GP Power Tools for Microsoft Dynamics GP ready for release and now it is time to get some feedback.
GP Power Tools is the next generation replacement for the Support Debugging Tool.
Read on for more details …
I am currently working on completing the documentation and finalising the registration and installation system. However, the actual code is completed, so I have decided to release a public beta to the Microsoft Dynamics GP community while I finish working on it.
The beta code is available for download for free with the subscription license expiring on 15-Aug-2015. Before that date, I will either have the final code available for purchase or I will release a new beta build with a later expiry date.
Disclaimer: As with all beta code, it is provided “as is” and you use it at your own risk.
Administrators will get a warning on login when there are 14 or less days remaining. All users will get a warning on login when there are 7 or less days remaining. Once the subscription has expired, all users will get a message on login.
To clarify the pricing for the product when it is released:
- GP Power Tools will be sold with annual subscription.
- The special introductory cost will be US$365 per year.
- That’s a dollar a day … with an extra day for free every 4 years.
- Partners will be provided with a NFR (Not For Resale) subscription.
More information and download links can be found on the GP Power Tools Portal:
I apologize that it has taken so long to get anything released, but the final code is not far away now.
Enjoy the beta and please provide feedback as comments on this post and via the survey built into GP Power Tools.
I will start posting more information on GP Power Tools features shortly.
David
