Patagonia, a world-renowned apparel and lifestyle brand, has been using Dynamics for over a decade. Beginning with AX 2009 Patagonia was able to optimize key business processes, achieve scalability, and cut costs associated with growth by two-thirds. By improving inventory turns by up to 30% and fill rates up 10% the company saw double-digit growth -- which meant upgrading to Dynamics 365 just made sense when the time came. The brand was also able to pivot during the first crucial months of the pandemic, turning their retail stores into "mini warehouses". As restrictions slowly eased, Patagonia was able to ramp up operations "thoughtfully and safely", first with buy online ship from store, then to curbside pickup (enabled by Dynamics' Mobile POS) and finally, back to operations as usual. Today, the company continues to fully-embrace the Microsoft ecosystem with deployments of Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, and Commerce, along with additional Microsoft products.
