Purchase Requisitions and Invoices workflows getting stuck resolved with KB 4640313 included in the service update (10.0.20)

Since June, some customers have reported issues with Purchase Requisitions and Invoices workflows batch jobs getting stuck in an executing state for several hours. As a workaround, we recommended recreating the batch jobs, and in some cases, a restart of the batch service is required. When any temporary SQL issues occur while reading information for batch configuration, it leaves the batch job in executing state. This KB 4640313 will fix this issue and is included in the service update (10.0.20).
