In the past, Dynamics 365 didn't support drag and drop for email attachments. This changed recently, and now it's much easier to manage attachments.
Benefits
Improved Efficiency: Quickly add attachments by dragging and dropping them into emails.
Reuse Attachments: Attach files previously used in other emails without re-uploading.
Simplified Management: Easily delete or copy attachments within the email editor.
