Quick tip for changing full-name format in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

When you create a new Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement organization all the standard settings are applied. One that usually doesn't fit the customer requirements is "full-name format".

We usually change the format to "Last Name, First Name". As all the users are already created when provisioning the organization in your O365 tenant they will have the standard format.
Here is the quick tip, how to change their full name with less effort:
- open XrmToolBox Plugin "Bulk Data Updater" by Jonas Rapp.
- open view "Enabled users" from entity "systemusers"
- select attribute "lastname" to update
- select "Touch" as action
- add the attribute to the list
- Update records
