Enable Dynamics 365 CRM Access Auditing

Introduction:
Enabling access auditing in Dynamics 365 allows you to track user activities, identify potential security breaches, and enhance governance. In this blog, we will explore the steps to enable D365 access auditing and leverage its benefits.
Step 1:   Go to PPAC and navigate to the Environments menu in the left navigation pane.
 
Step 2:  Open the target environment and select the Manage button in the Auditing Pane.
 
Step 3: Select the following 2 checkboxes
Step 4: Click Save at the right bottom.
 
View Audit Logs
Once access auditing is enabled, you can view the audit logs to monitor user activity and track actions within the system.
Step 1: To do so, navigate to Advanced Settings -> Settings -> Auditing
 
Step 2: Select Audit Summary View
Here, you will find a list of recorded audit logs, including user access information, actions performed, and timestamps.
 
Step 3: Filter Operation: Access
 
 
Step 4: Filter out all User Access records
