Connect to Azure SQL of tier 2 environment for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

From LCS, go to the tier 2 environment page and RDP into one of the machines.

Open SQL management studio and then copy the SQL server name and add suffix ".database.windows.net"

Copy the DB name with the name in parenthesis and provide in the connection details and copy the user name 'axdbadmin' and copy the password while using SQL authentication
