DynamicsNAVAddons.com has released a new "AR & Collections Manager" add on tool that makes it easier to manage collections which, in turn, speeds invoice payments and boosts the bottom line.

The add-on combines a built-in contact manager and accounts receivable data and then identifies overdue invoices, assigns collection responsibilities to a specific employee and provides space for that employee to record updates.

Robert Cole, DynamicsNAVAddons.com director of sales, pointed out that only a three-day reduction in the length of time that invoices are outstanding could add $8,000 to the bottom line per $1 million in gross revenue.
