More Convergence Info

I have started digesting the overload of information provided to me at Convergence 2011 by customers, Microsoft staff and fellow partners and found I Need to include more FRx, Analytical Accounting, and Workflow with and without SharePoint.

Malcolm Gladwell was our closing keynote (author of the tipping point, among other books.). As fascinating as he was, the Q & A rocked. Seeng a thinker answering very good questions was the best!
