Cumulative Update 43 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central April'19 on-premises (Application Build 14.44.49619, Platform Build 14.0.49616)

This update does not require database conversion from previous version, and it does not include fixes to known vulnerabilities like the previous one did.
Application changelog is 63KB, and it contins total of 14 changed objects, with most changes to codeunits.

Generally speaking this Cumulative Update is a very boring one when you consider that the highlights are two new Integration functions in Codeunit 80; OnCheckItemTrackingQuantityOnDocumentTypeCaseElse and OnTestPurchLineOnTypeCaseOnDocumentTypeCaseElse.

New functionality

This update does not contain any new functionality added to the new Integration functions. There is just some translation fixes and other fixes that are described a lot better in the KB articles than I could do.
