How to Copy a WF

If you setup a workflow in a legal entity and you want to use the same for another one, you do not need to do the same from scratch.

You can export your WF and import to the other legal entity.

1. Select your WF and go to versions.

2. Use export button.

3. Save the exported file.

4. Change Company and Go to Workflow Setup and use Import Button.

5. Select your file and use Upload. If there is already a version conflict, you set "Yes" to Create new workflow on version conflict.
