MSP Node4 acquires UK-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 & NAV partner TNP

Managed service provider Node4has acquired UK-based Microsoft business applications partner The NAV/365 People, ( TNP).

The acquisition is Node4’s first since Providence Equity Partners became their new principal investor. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

TNP are a veteran service provider in the Microsoft Dynamics space, with a focus on the UK and primary expertise in Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power Platform. TNP have 593 customers, according to their website.
