1. Common question: How do we add there required packages to our build as they are all deployed via solution center and we do not see where these individual components are available to include in our package.

You need not include the healthcare solution in your package. It is a prerequisite for your customer to install Healthcare solution from solution center, before installing your solution from AppSource. You can give this direction to your customer in AppSource description page or in a user guide.
