Load Number Sequence References from UI

I just caught myself desperately looking for a button to load new number sequence references. There is definitely a thread or a blog post about it but I could not find it this time.
I did not want to create a runnable class and call loadAll method.
After a half an hour I did find it but next time I would not like to search for so long, therefore I created this post.
To load all new number sequence references just click the button Manual cleanup>Reset in Organization administration>Number sequences>Number sequences.
