To become a MCT

I would like to share that I am a MCT now. 

How will this new badge will effect my life?

Why to become a MCT?

Well let me explain first that how I decided to become and MCT then to tell how to become and MCT and after.

Actually, In a level of my life, I see that I want to have more. Not in financial way but in to grow some other way. 

Then I've started searching. So I see that there is a badge called MCT and I really like training people.

So I've read the documentation on how to become one.

So I called Sinerji Eğitim, which is our regional training course to apply to become one and they informed me that I'll be contacted by the regional llead.

To become a MCT, you should provide your certification. It depends on what you want to be but for FO, you have to be at least an associate. So I already have the certification of MB-310 (Finance), I need to apply MB-300 as well. So I failed for twice but for the third I was able to succeed. Then it became as a habit to apply for the exams so I had MB-700 as well.

Any way, not out of the route. Then you have to apply or wait for the course to be open which teaches you how to train. Yes it costs some investment.

So some of you may say with all your experience you know how to do so, in which I were the same when I start. But that training sharpens your talent.

Then at last you apply to become an MCT.

But I advise you to do so to be able to know how you teach , sharpen you skills and prove with a certificate.
