Tracking Down Unwanted Access in Dynamics GP

Steve Endow is back looking at an issue where he had to figure out what security task was granting access to a window that the wanted to lock down. I suspect that the Support Debugging Tool would have helped a lot here but Steve managed to solve it anyway.
