Getting Started resources

The fastest way to get help is via our Getting Started resources, a series of articles about how to get the most out of the community platform. These articles are accessed by selecting the Resources menu, and then selecting Getting Started.

Community support form

If you need more assistance, you can reach out to the Community Team directly via the Community support form. You can reach the form in the community by selecting the Resources menu, then selecting Community support.

Choose the type of support you require and fill in the form accordingly. We will respond to you within the next 24 working hours.

Community feedback

You can also use this form to share your observations, suggestions, and feedback through our Community feedback platform. We greatly appreciate hearing about how we can improve your experience! You can reach this option in the community by selecting the Resources menu, then selecting Community feedback.
