Bulk printing of documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a common requirement for businesses that need to process multiple orders, invoices, or other documents at once. Here’s how you can perform bulk printing of purchase orders or other documents:

Step-by-Step Guide to Bulk Printing in Business Central

1. Navigate to the Desired Document Page

Firstly, you’ll want to navigate to the list of documents you wish to print. For example, if you're printing Purchase Orders, go to the "Purchase Orders" list under the relevant module in Business Central.

2. Select the Documents to Print

Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the list to select the specific documents you want to print. If you want to print a range of documents, you can use filters to narrow down your list. For example, you can filter by the "No." field to include only the documents within a certain number range.

3. Apply Filters for Selection (if needed)

If you need to print documents that fall within a specific range, as shown in your uploaded image, you can set a filter in the "No." field. In your case, the filter 106003..106005 has been applied, which will select orders numbered from 106003 to 106005.

4. Access the Printing Function

After selecting the documents, click on the "Print" or "Send to" action button typically located in the ribbon at the top of the page.

5. Configure the Printing Options

In the printing dialog box, choose the appropriate printer or print setup. You can select the "Email Printer" if you're going to send the documents by email, or select a physical printer if you're producing hard copies.

6. Set the Report Layout (if necessary)

If your documents require a specific layout, such as a "Standard Purchase Order" layout, select it from the "Report Layout" drop-down menu.

7. Print Preview (optional)

It’s a good practice to preview the documents before printing to ensure that all information is displayed correctly. Click on the "Preview" button to view the documents.

8. Execute the Print Command

Once everything is set, click on the "Print" button to send the documents to the printer or the "Send to" button if you’re emailing them.

Printing in bulk improves efficiency and ensures that all necessary documents are processed in a uniform manner. Always test with a small batch before proceeding with a large volume of documents to avoid any errors or waste of resources
