With this workflow, users are able to reassign records or update fields based on an event in CRM with ease. For example, if Territory is updated on a Lead, reassign the Lead or update other fields based on the selected Territory.

Salespeople especially benefit from this workflow, but more departments may also see benefits to this workflow.

A user-level knowledge is required to set this up.

Follow these steps to set up the Reassign/Update based on event in CRM workflow:


1. Trigger: Record fields change (select appropriate fields)

2. Click “Select this row and click Add Step” and click Add Step > Reassign Record or Update Record

3. Assign to Appropriate User

AND/OR
