Potential reasons:
1) CHANGE MANAGEMENT FOR PURCHASE ORDERS is enabled in Procurement and Sourcing parameters
2) Related PO coming from Purchase requisition, Purchase Agreement, intercompany, SO
3) PO is confirmed
Only PO in approved state and no links can be deleted

Hi Rahul Mohta, I have some confirmed POs which want to delete them, I used the change request option to draft the PO, now the PO status is open order and draft but the delete button is still disabled Note: the change management is enabled and the Pos does not belong to any Purchase requisition, Purchase Agreement, intercompany, SO
