Introducing ePayStub for Canadian Payroll – Our Newest Add-on for Dynamics GP

Community Member Profile Picture Community Member

We are really excited that as of January 5, 2015 – Encore has officially added ePayStub for Canadian Payroll to our list of add-on products for Microsoft Dynamics GP!

Due to strong demand, we have taken what was an internal pay slip emailer solution, added in some great new features, and made it a software product that we can offer to all of our customers and reseller partners!

What is ePayStub You Might Ask?

ePayStub for Canadian Payroll allows users the ability to email out employee paystubs through Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013. This application provides the user that next step towards a paperless payroll environment.

Payroll Cheque Reports

What Are the Features of this New Product?

ePayStub is a huge time saver, simply put. And not only is it simple for payroll staff to use, it’s appreciated by employees (take it from me – Encore uses it internally)!  It’s neat, organized, easy to view and convenient, offering functionality such as:

  • Secure paystub and T4 delivery
  • Choose from either PDF or HTML delivery format
  • PDF using Adobe Acrobat
  • The ability to send in batches

How Do You Benefit From Using ePayStub?

  • Instantaneously deliver paystubs and T4s to employees – regardless of their location
  • Save time by eliminating the need to print, fold, and stuff paystubs into envelopes
  • Save money on paper and postage costs
  • Take steps towards a greener office environment
