We’re kicking off a Community Corner Live Event series with an Executive Ask Microsoft Anything (AMA) with Ray Smith, Dec. 8, 2020 at 9 a.m. PST (5 p.m. GMT). Ray is the General Manager for Dynamics 365 for Sales, Sales Insights and Customer Voice.

Ray is a product passionate business growth leader, engineer and data scientist who loves to build innovative solutions and high-performing teams. He has a passion for data science, machine learning and applying these techniques to build amazing products that make salespeople more effective and disrupt accepted norms in business today.
Ray joined Microsoft in 2019 with nearly 20 years’ experience in the CRM space. He previously worked at SAP Sales Cloud via two acquisitions. He was the co-founder & CEO of Datahug - the complete data-driven sales optimization platform. He started Datahug to bring together the art and science of selling – objective visibility and best practices whilst helping the sales professional. Previously Ray worked at Accenture for six years implementing a large scale IT project.
During the AMA, Ray will share his vision for Dynamics 365 Sales, and best practices for integrating across Microsoft Business Applications, and he will answer your questions. It’s a great opportunity to share feedback directly with the team in charge of prioritizing and building features.
