KPMG has confirmed that it has acquired Crimsonwing, a global IT company focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and e-commerce business solutions. The deal is valued at approximately $30 million.
The acquisition will better enable KPMG to help its clients transform their businesses and ensure they get the full benefit from their investments in new technology and information systems, said David Walsh, Crimsonwing's founder.
