There are many free resources available to learn Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation Apps. In this article, I am going to list all my favourites. Please bookmark this article. I’ll continue to update this, as I find more useful resources.

If you are already a customer of Dynamics 365, you automatically get access to CustomerSource Portal by Microsoft. This portal includes free eLearning modules.
